Medical Care

From primary care to dental and vision, Orange County PACE participants have full medical coverage within our provider network, with no out-of-pocket costs.

Social Services

Each PACE participant has a social worker to help navigate an array of support services including mental health counseling, benefits assistance, disability, Medi-Cal assistance, advocacy, and more.

Round-trip transportation is provided to and from The PACE Center and all medical appointments within our defined service area covering North and Central Orange County.

Home Health Care

We understand that some of our participants need assistance at home. Our team of Personal Care attendants provides necessary services to help our seniors continue living life successfully at home.

All of our participants’ prescribed medications are delivered directly to their door in clearly-labeled, pre-sorted packages every month.

Nutritional Services

All seniors who enroll in PACE meet with a nutritionist to develop a meal plan to keep them feeling their best. In addition, care packages are delivered monthly filled with goods with our members’ needs and abilities in mind.

The PACE Center

The PACE Center is where all the fun happens! Here, our participants get to socialize with other senior members of the Orange County PACE community while enjoying arts and crafts, playing games, watching movies, dancing to live musical performances, and so much more. And yes, there’s bingo.

Delicious breakfast and lunch meals are served under the guidance of a dietitian and light exercise sessions are offered to keep our seniors feeling their best.
